Slow Cooker Meal Magic

Slow Cooker Porkganoff

    A take on Beef Stroganoff, this easy recipe uses budget-priced pork and almost no prep time at all. 

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Heaping tablespoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon crumbled, dried rosemary
2 pounds lean pork cut in bite size
1-quart carton chicken broth
4 cups medium noodles
10-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained OR
6 to 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can condensed cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
8-ounce carton sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika
    Put garlic, pork, soy sauce and rosemary in a plastic bag. Zip shut and tip to coat pork well. Set aside while you spread vegetable oil in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Empty bag of pork into slow cooker and spread pork evenly.
    Add chicken broth and cook 2 hours on High or 3 hours on Low. Stir in noodles, pressing them into the liquid. Cook 1 hour on High or 2 hours on Low. Whisk soup and sour cream with paprika and stir into pork mixture to heat through. Serves 8.

This sounds pretty good. I was wondering if you had any suggestion on making this with the dairy. I am always looking for easy non dairy recipes for my wife as she is lactose intolerant.
