Bravo for Burritos

Pulled Chicken Burritos Pronto

   Grab a deli-roasted chicken on the way to the campground and most of the work is already done.
1 deli-roasted chicken
15-ounce can red beans, drained
12-ounce bottle salsa (hot, medium or mild)
12 burrito-size flour tortillas
16-ounce package shredded cheese

    Pick chicken off the bones and cut in shreds.  Heat with beans and salsa. Fill tortillas with hot mixture, add cheese, fold and serve at once. This makes enough for 12 burritos. If you won’t serve them all at once, refrigerate the filling. Re-warm in batches as needed, adding cheese just before rolling burritos.
