Some More Ways to Make S'Mores

Frozen S’Mores
    The best thing about these confections is that you can wrap them separately, freeze and snatch out only one or two at a time. If you’re on a diet, make them half size. 

1 box of graham crackers
4-serving package of instant chocolate pudding (regular or sugar-free)
1 ½ cups milk (whole, low fat, no fat)
½ cup chunky peanut butter
Whipped topping (regular or lite), partially thawed
    The number of S’Mores depends on how much filling you use, but don’t over-fill. Start by setting out 8 to 10 graham cracker squares or 16 to 20 half squares on a baking sheet.
    Whisk milk and pudding, gradually whisking in peanut butter. When it sets, spoon a blob onto each cracker and add a dollop of whipped topping.  Make a sandwich by topping this with another graham cracker. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then quickly  wrap each S’More individually and return to the freezer. 

     Remove S'Mores from freezer 15 minutes before serving. and eat 'em right out of the wrapper.
