On a Wing and a Prayer

Janet Groene’s
Easy Oven Wings
3 pounds of chicken wings
1 cup Italian dressing
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

Cut wings into three parts. Discard bony ends or stew them to make broth. Put remaining wings in a plastic bag with the Italian dressing. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight, turning bag a few times.
Set the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a deep 9 X 13-inch pan. Drain wings, discard the bag and put wings in the pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Bake 20 minutes, stir and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until wings are crisp and golden. Serve as an appetizer at the campground potluck.
