This steak wears a top hat everyone will love

Mystery Mustard Steak
    This recipe requires a conventional broiler.  My RV gas oven has a broiler setting and so do the toaster oven and the convection-microwave oven. If you don’t have a broiler on board, skip this recipe. 

4 portions tender steak suitable for broiling
1/2 cup each mayonnaise and dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
    While steaks broil to the desired done-ness, whisk together mayonnaise, crumbs, mustard and garlic powder. Spread over one side of hot, cooked steaks and return to the broiler. Watch closely because the topping will brown quickly. Serve at once. Serves 4.
