RV Cooking Show visits Riverside, CA and prepares a trio of salsas

Ready for a surprise? Did you know that Riverside, California is the navel orange capital of the West? Learn more about the citrus origins and a few other interesting tidbits about this inland empire city as well as some of my favorite Tango travel trailer galley features in this episode of the RV Cooking Show – Riverside, CA and a Trio of Salsas.

Ahh, salsa…a diverse mix of ingredients that adds a little zing to many meals. In this RV Cooking Show I’ll give you the lowdown on 3 of my all time favorites – Pico de Gallo, Salsa Verde, and Mango Salsa…mmm. What’s great about them is you can take the base recipes and adjust and add ingredients to make it your own.

Well, what do you think? Do you have a favorite of the 3 or another salsa recipe to share? I wanna know...don't be shy...leave a comment below.

Did you make it to the Orange Park on Van Buren Blvd. They have a fresh orange stand and a lot of grassy area to let the pets run around. Thanks for sharing.
